i was trying to warm the crowd today during a bbq party
in the afternoon. yes, bbq in the afternoon.
as weird as it sound

me: ok. guys. try guessing this.
crowd: ok
me: my primary school teacher asked me this. and u guys better get this right.

so, there is this guy. he is broke and pennyless. so he is so upset and went to the bar. he met his friend.

broke dude: i'm broke.
friend: well, i heard there is a way of getting money. and it works i think.
broke dude: really? whats tht? i'll do anything as i have nothing more to lose.
friend: ok. u need to go to the grave yard and look for the lady ghost 12 in the midnight.

so mr. broke dude got to the grave yard and successfully found the lady ghost.

broke dude: i wanna be rich. i need to get money.
lady ghost: i can help. but there is one thing u must do for me.
broke dude: i'll do anything. just name it and it'l be done.
lady ghost: i'll tell u tomorrow. 1st, go buy this number 'one two three four'

mr broke dude bought the number given my lady ghost and went back to the cemetry the next mid night.

broke dude: i've bought the number u ask me to buy.
lady ghost: ok. u'll get the 1st price tomorrow. so now u need to do me one favour.
broke dude: what is it? anything
lady ghost: u have to marry me. if u win the 1st prize and do not marry me, u'll die immediately in an accident.

mr broke dude was terribly terrified and went back to the bar again.
as soon as the sun rise, he bought the 1st printed paper.
he was so relieved that he did not win the lottery.
but wait, he bought the number given by the lady ghost.
how can he not win the 1st prize?

me: so guys, what the answer?
friend 1: because he din buy! (stupid answer no.1)
me: NO! DUH!!
friend 2: because he read paper of the wrong date.
